ELEANOR C. DAVIS

Eleanor C. Davis is an accomplished civil rights attorney, experienced at both the trial and appellate levels in cases litigated before the federal and state courts, including the United States Supreme Court.  

Before joining the firm in 2023, Eleanor practiced in the Litigation Department of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr L.L.P. and completed a judicial clerkship in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. 

Eleanor’s litigation experience includes voting rights, habeas corpus, capital criminal, and other constitutional cases.
